The Verdict
Big Event promises a lot but we found that it under delivers. The Big Bet option is fun if you're happy to spend £20/£30 on five spins (£4 and £6 a spin), but even on demo mode it quickly lost it's appeal. It may have an RTP of 99% but we rarely left the bonus round better off than the original wager. The base game is OK but other than waiting for the bonus round there's nothing else to maintain interest. Once you've tried the Big Bet round it's also hard to go back to the base game.
Monopoly Big Event has an RTP of 96% which makes it medium variance. Wins tended to be small and frequent, but you're extremely lucky if the bonus round makes an appearance. Our review of it is as clear as mud but this matches the explanations you'll find on the slot and other reviews. This may be the Big Event, but for us it's been little on excitement and entertainment. Other Monopoly slots and games offer much more.
